My name is Jacqueline Münch. My journey has taken me through various cities and stages of life in Europe to what is now my main focus: supporting people in difficult, vulnerable or complex life situations.
Before I went into psychological work, I spent several years in the world of art and photography. This was not a traditional educational path, but rather a space in which I learned a great deal about perception, expression and the hidden stories behind a face or a posture. I still carry this insight with me in my work today.
Over time, I realised that it was not the image itself that interested me, but the person behind it. This is how I found my way into psychoanalysis and psychological counselling.

WHAT I STAND FOR?
I work in a warm, clear and attentive manner.
For many people, it is unusual to be able to truly express what is going on inside them in a safe space. This is often where the crucial step begins: understanding why one feels, reacts or loves the way one does.
Areas of focus
*Relationship conflicts and couples counselling
*Mother-child bonding and early relationship patterns
*Sex therapy
*Stressful life situations, inner overload
*Recurring patterns that feel ‘stuck’
I accompany people with respect and warmth, but also with the clarity that is sometimes needed to really make a change.
THERAPEUTICAL APPROACH
Every person carries unconscious patterns within them that influence their everyday life. Relationships, stress, or conflicts often bring these patterns to light in painful ways. Working together, we can reveal what has been happening in the background.
I work analytically, in a clearly structured manner, and with sensitivity.
Our conversations create space to recognise inner blockages and develop new ways of acting.
The focus remains on understanding, change and self-efficacy.
WHO IS MY WORK SUITABLE FOR?
Many people come to me when something in their life is no longer running smoothly or they feel stuck inside. My support is aimed at people who want to understand themselves better and are looking for support in stressful or complex situations.
My work is particularly suitable for:
*People going through a separation, conflict or period of upheaval
*People who repeatedly find themselves in similar relationship patterns
*Parents who want to work on attachment and relationship issues with their children
*People who suffer from emotional overload, exhaustion or inner turmoil
*Couples with sexual or emotional difficulties
*People who want a clear, confidential space to sort through their feelings
I accompany people who are willing to take themselves seriously and approach their own inner movements with curiosity.
How does a session work?
A session lasts 60 minutes and takes place online. We start where you are right now – with what is on your mind, overwhelming you or affecting you.
I listen, ask questions and help you to reveal inner connections. It is not about handing out quick fixes, but about creating a space where you feel safe and where change is possible.
Many people experience greater clarity about their feelings, patterns and relationships after just a short time. The process is individual, but always respectful, confidential and well structured.
What you can rely on
Confidentiality
Everything you share remains protected. I work according to the professional ethical standards of psychological and psychoanalytical practice.
Respectful cooperation
I treat every person with attention, warmth and clarity. There is no pressure, no ‘need to function’ and no judgements.
Structure and support
Even in complex situations, the work remains manageable and well guided. Together, we stay on track.
Your own pace
Change takes time. We work at your pace, not according to a set pattern.
